We will move everything that's in the way within reason. Certain items like grandfather clocks, grand pianos, waterbeds, etc. cannot be moved for our technicians safety and the safety of of your valuable belongings. If you have any large items that we will not be able to move, please discuss them with us so we both can be prepared for our arrival at your home or business.
Pre-Spot & Pre-Spray
If needed, high traffic areas and ugly spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal. Pretreatment is an essential process to get your carpets as close as possible back to the original condition.
